The project scope encompasses a complete transformation of the existing bathroom. We will achieve this by incorporating a portion of the unused attic space to expand the overall footprint. This expansion will allow for the creation of a new linen closet, providing much-needed storage solutions. To enhance the shower functionality and aesthetics, a custom tile niche will be installed. Additionally, a decorative custom tile accent band will be added throughout the bathroom for a touch of design flair. Furthermore, the project includes the installation of new flooring throughout the space. For a luxurious feel, the countertops will be upgraded to custom natural stone. Finally, to improve daily routines, an anti-fog mirror will be installed above the vanity.

This renovation transformed the bathroom into a luxurious, spa-like retreat, featuring a custom tile shower with dual steam heads for an immersive, relaxing experience at home. To enhance the space with natural light, a new exterior window was added above the shower, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The project also included new tile flooring, a sleek custom vanity, and the installation of a modern soaker tub, replacing the outdated corner jet tub. Reclaimed sinker cypress boards were used to craft a unique, handcrafted shelving system above the tub, adding both style and functionality. Additionally, new walls were constructed to create a private toilet room and a spacious, oversized closet, significantly improving privacy and storage. The result is a beautifully redesigned space that seamlessly blends elegance, practicality, and comfort.

To transform the previously unused office nook, we constructed new walls and installed a door, creating a custom pantry that is both functional and visually appealing. The new space was thoughtfully designed to include 26 cubbies, offering ample storage for various kitchen essentials, along with 4 pull-out drawers for easy access to everyday items. A stunning hardwood countertop adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the pantry, serving as both a practical workspace and a beautiful focal point.

To enhance functionality and personalization, we installed LED color-changing underlights, allowing for adjustable ambiance, whether for task lighting or mood setting. A motion sensor light switch was also added for convenience, automatically illuminating the space upon entry. This custom pantry not only maximizes the available space but adds a blend of modern technology and timeless design.
